Estimates for education only. Not a loan offer, not lending, tax, legal or financial advice. Rates and limits change; confirm with a licensed lender, OHFA, and your county assessor.

Estimates, not offers

OK Home Math is not a lender, mortgage broker or loan originator. Nothing on the site is an offer of credit, a rate quote or a commitment to lend. The pages under Resources are the site owner's personal recommendations; we receive no payment or referral fees from anyone listed. The calculators show estimates from the numbers you enter and the public data described on each page.

Public data can change or be wrong

Interest rates change daily. Loan limits, OHFA program rules and income limits, tax levies and statutes change on their own schedules. Each page shows the date and source of every figure, but sources can be revised, and a value can be out of date between our updates. County average tax rates are averages; your actual district rate may differ. The insurance figure is a statewide average, not a quote.

OHFA programs

The OHFA eligibility check compares your entries with OHFA's published limits. It is not an approval or a reservation. OHFA says to always validate rates with OHFA and that its Reservation Portal published rates supersede all other information. Eligibility is decided by an OHFA-participating lender and OHFA.

Freddie Mac data

Default mortgage rates come from Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey® and are shown as published. Source: Freddie Mac, Primary Mortgage Market Survey®. Freddie Mac doesn't endorse this site.

Confirm before you decide

Before you make an offer or sign anything, confirm the numbers with a licensed lender (your Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure), your county assessor and treasurer, an insurance agent, and OHFA if you're using one of its programs. For tax or legal questions, ask a qualified professional.
